La comunicación fue muy buena, la ubicación del apartamento excelente y n el centro de Sevilla y con parking. Los accesos tanto al parking como al apartamento muy bien explicados . La limpieza es lo único que mejoraría del apartamento , pues creo que se puede mejorar.

Prima appartement op een top locatie! Genoeg leuke restaurantjes/barretjes op loopafstand. Het zwembad daarentegen viel aardig tegen. Er zijn geen bedjes/ligstoelen aanwezig, hierdoor kan je met je handdoekje op harde tegels gaan liggen en een mooie hernia eraan overhouden. Ook eten en drinken zijn verboden in en om het zwembad, hier werden wij niet al te vriendelijk op gewezen door een Spaanse local die niet zo’n groot fan van toeristen is (zacht uitgedrukt). Mede hierdoor is het mijn inziens het geld niet volledig waard en zijn er betere opties in de omgeving waar je wel even kan ontspannen aan het zwembad met een ligbedje

Sevilla is a truly wonderful city. And this location couldn’t have been better. The apartment was perfectly situated at the heart of the city and nearby good restaurants. The location lies within windy and narrow streets. If traveling by car, the smaller the better as the parking garage is a bit tight, but the directions the host provides were extremely detailed and helpful. The apartment was clean and comfortable for two adults and a small child. Would recommend and will be back again.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Altstadt und ist super gelegen. Für uns war die inbegriffene Garage sehr wichtig, allerdings sollte man kein zu grosses Auto haben, denn die Garage ist recht eng unf erfordert milimetergenaues Fahren.
Die Wohnung wirke etwas unpersönlich und steril, wie wir es von gewerblichen Vermietern kennen - nichts was der Wohnung abträglich wäre. Exklusiv, wie der Titel des Inserats suggeriert, ist sie jedoch nicht, dafür praktisch und toll gelegen.

This apartment is situated in an ideal spot in Old Town, walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The apartment was as advertised, clean and neat. Plenty of fine restaurants nearby. We did have difficulty finding the parking garage while following the given video but in the end succeeded. Seville was a wonderful city to visit.

숙소의 위치는 주변 식당이나 관광명소와 적절하게 떨어져 있습니다. 도보로 이동 가능하면서도 주변이 조용해서 좋았습니다 :)
숙소 내부에는 수납공간이 많고 면적이 넓어서 아주 편안하게 이용했습니다!

It was an outstanding stay. Super easy to check in, the parking was very convenient, inside of the building.
Everything is nearby, the instructions where clear and I didn't have to stress for a second.
The place was clean and QUIET, which it's one of the most important things for me.

We enjoyed our stay and everything was as described. It is clean, newly renovated, and an enjoyable space to spend time in. Everything is in walking distance.
Worth noting: there are other apartments being remodeled and loud construction with drilling and banging sounds starts promptly at 8:30 am so don’t plan on sleeping in if renting this space soon.

Foram dias incríveis e criamos memórias muito felizes nessa acomodação. Era um ambiente extremamente bem localizado, com supermercados, inúmeros restaurantes e lojas mesmo ao virar da esquina. O carro esteve no parque de estacionamento todos os dias pois fizemos todos os passeios a pé e com certeza ter essa possibilidade é uma grande mais valia, visto que é quase impossível encontrar vagas em Sevilla. A casa é exatamente como nas fotos, super limpa, bem decorada, camas confortáveis e o anfitrião super disponível a todo o momento. O prédio também tem uma vibe deliciosa. Foi uma verdadeira pérola encontrar essa acomodação e não poderíamos estar mais satisfeitas. Muito obrigada, voltaremos em breve!

All good, no problems. We were very satisfied with the accommodation and enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described and we do recommend :) A little piece of advice - the street in front of the building is so narrow that it is impossible to stop a car, let alone leave it and park there. At first arrival, park your car elsewhere, on a different street nearby, walk to the apartment, check-in and get the remote for the garage.

Apartamento muito acolhedor, bem decorado e limpo e mais bonito do que nas fotografias. Localizado numa zona tranquila e silenciosa, com um supermercado a 4 minutos a pé do local, perto de grandes atrações, como as Setas de Sevilha (7 minutos a pé) e a uns 10 minutos da Catedral e com lugares interessantes para comer nas redondezas.
O host foi sempre muito atencioso e prestativo com instruções claras e precisas de como chegarmos ao apartamento,
e efetuarmos o check-in de modo a que tivéssemos uma ótima estadia. Tivemos um pequeno inconveniente com a torradeira que não estava a funcionar corretamente e que prontamente resolvida, tendo sido substituída no dia.
Destacamos a cama, muito confortável que nos permitiu ter ótimas noites de descanso.

We stayed 5 nights. The location is perfect. You are right by everything. We just love heading out and getting lost in this beautiful city. The condo is one of these special alleys, so away from the busy areas. We did not need the AC as it was cool and raining when we were there. We had a nice breeze coming through the windows. The courtyard is beautiful, but it can be noisy when the windows are open. It was quite loud when doors are slammed and people are talking. But I loved hearing the church bells and it was a celebration of Spain that weekend so a lot of locals were out celebrating.

Note that their is a winding metal staircase which may be difficult for some to get to he bedroom and bathroom on the second floor. We had no issue with that, just a warning for others.

Wirklich einzigartig fanden wir die Ruhe! Die Lage mitten in einer beliebten und belebten Umgebung, zu Fuß viele Bars und Restaurants um die Ecke, und dennoch das Schlafzimmer in einen ruhigen Innenhof in dem man bei offenem Fenster schlafen kann und nichts hört… toll!
Einen eigenen Parkplatz mitten in Sevilla haben? Top! Bisschen eng zum rangieren, also lieber kein zu großes Auto haben ;)
Viel Elektronik in den Schliessanlagen macht manches einfach (kein Schlüssel nötig, Türen öffnen sich per Smartphone) und manches kompliziert (Tür zur Tiefgarage im Keller war geschlossen. Ohne Schlüssel geht’s nicht, den wir aber nicht haben… also raus, einmal um den Block, durch die Rampe in die Tiefgarage, von innen die Tür geöffnet)
Alles in allem war es ein toller Ort für unsere Reise.

Trato inmejorable, instrucciones precias. El apartamento estaba en perfecto estado, con todos los útiles básicos necesarios, muy limpio, el aire acondicionado y nevera estaban puestos a nuestra llegada. El acceso al garaje para una berlina de 2,79x1,45 era algo complicado pero viable y se compensaba con la comodidad que te da el no tener que andar con las maletas por la calle. La piscina es un plus. Zona tranquila y muy cerca de los principales monumentos. Volveremos.

The place was clean and looked the same as on the photos, the area was quiet but not too far from the center on foot. Both the bed and sofa bed were comfortable, and the patio is a nice touch for the breakfast time. Used the pool as well, it is quite small and less than a meter deep, but it was good enough to cool us off in the middle of August! We also used the parking space, located in a building nearby. There are a lot of instructions and videos, I think they could be more well summarized to not confuse the people. The virtual keys option was extremely helpful. Definitely recommend!

The location was by far the best part! Once we parked, we never needed the car again. On the map, places that seemed far were only 5-10 min walking distance away. I also enjoyed how even though we were close to everything, the building was quiet and peaceful. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the apartment was very clean. I had issues with the virtual keys, but host was responsive and was able to open the garage door remotely. I recommend using the code and practice opening/closing the door before heading out. I plan on returning in a couple months and would stay here again.

The apartment is located in the historic center of Seville, allowing you to visit must-see attractions and the best restaurants within walking distance. The building’s inner courtyard is spectacular! The apartment itself is perfect, offering everything you need for your stay. A great addition to this apartment is the rooftop swimming pool, which was the perfect place to cool down after a hot day and enjoy the view of sunlight over the rooftops of the old buildings.

October 2024Apartamento muito acolhedor, bem decorado e limpo e mais bonito do que nas fotografias. Localizado numa zona tranquila e silenciosa, com um supermercado a 4 minutos a pé do local, perto de grandes atrações, como as Setas de Sevilha (7 minutos a pé) e a uns 10 minutos da Catedral e com lugares interessantes para comer nas redondezas. O host foi sempre muito atencioso e prestativo com instruções claras e precisas de como chegarmos ao apartamento, e efetuarmos o check-in de modo a que tivéssemos uma ótima estadia. Tivemos um pequeno inconveniente com a torradeira que não estava a funcionar corretamente e que prontamente resolvida, tendo sido substituída no dia. Destacamos a cama, muito confortável que nos permitiu ter ótimas noites de descanso. Tivemos uma excelente estadia.

October 2024We stayed 5 nights. The location is perfect. You are right by everything. We just love heading out and getting lost in this beautiful city. The condo is one of these special alleys, so away from the busy areas. We did not need the AC as it was cool and raining when we were there. We had a nice breeze coming through the windows. The courtyard is beautiful, but it can be noisy when the windows are open. It was quite loud when doors are slammed and people are talking. But I loved hearing the church bells and it was a celebration of Spain that weekend so a lot of locals were out celebrating. Bed was comfortable Condo was spotless Note that their is a winding metal staircase which may be difficult for some to get to he bedroom and bathroom on the second floor. We had no issue with that, just a warning for others. Kitchen was perfect - we just used the oven twice to cook a pizza So many restaurants close by Great grocery store (Dia) just around

September 2024Wirklich einzigartig fanden wir die Ruhe! Die Lage mitten in einer beliebten und belebten Umgebung, zu Fuß viele Bars und Restaurants um die Ecke, und dennoch das Schlafzimmer in einen ruhigen Innenhof in dem man bei offenem Fenster schlafen kann und nichts hört… toll! Einen eigenen Parkplatz mitten in Sevilla haben? Top! Bisschen eng zum rangieren, also lieber kein zu großes Auto haben ;) Viel Elektronik in den Schliessanlagen macht manches einfach (kein Schlüssel nötig, Türen öffnen sich per Smartphone) und manches kompliziert (Tür zur Tiefgarage im Keller war geschlossen. Ohne Schlüssel geht’s nicht, den wir aber nicht haben… also raus, einmal um den Block, durch die Rampe in die Tiefgarage, von innen die Tür geöffnet) Alles in allem war es ein toller Ort für unsere Reise.

July 2024Trato inmejorable, instrucciones precias. El apartamento estaba en perfecto estado, con todos los útiles básicos necesarios, muy limpio, el aire acondicionado y nevera estaban puestos a nuestra llegada. El acceso al garaje para una berlina de 2,79x1,45 era algo complicado pero viable y se compensaba con la comodidad que te da el no tener que andar con las maletas por la calle. La piscina es un plus. Zona tranquila y muy cerca de los principales monumentos. Volveremos.

August 2024L’appartement est vraiment spacieux et confortable. C’est très sécurisé et le stationnement souterrain est parfait. L’emplacement était plus que parfait. Près de tout les attraits à distance de marche et restaurants aussi. La piscine était aussi vraiment appréciée. Je recommande :)

August 2024The place was clean and looked the same as on the photos, the area was quiet but not too far from the center on foot. Both the bed and sofa bed were comfortable, and the patio is a nice touch for the breakfast time. Used the pool as well, it is quite small and less than a meter deep, but it was good enough to cool us off in the middle of August! We also used the parking space, located in a building nearby. There are a lot of instructions and videos, I think they could be more well summarized to not confuse the people. The virtual keys option was extremely helpful. Definitely recommend!

August 2024Le logement proposé était très bien situé. Il est dans une très jolie résidence, qui vous mettra directement dans l’ambiance de Seville. L’appartement est bien équipé, propre et plutôt grand. Le canapé lit est confortable. Agua y Limon ont su réagir à nos différentes questions rapidement. Je recommande ce logement.

September 2024The location was by far the best part! Once we parked, we never needed the car again. On the map, places that seemed far were only 5-10 min walking distance away. I also enjoyed how even though we were close to everything, the building was quiet and peaceful. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the apartment was very clean. I had issues with the virtual keys, but host was responsive and was able to open the garage door remotely. I recommend using the code and practice opening/closing the door before heading out. I plan on returning in a couple months and would stay here again.

September 2024The apartment is located in the historic center of Seville, allowing you to visit must-see attractions and the best restaurants within walking distance. The building’s inner courtyard is spectacular! The apartment itself is perfect, offering everything you need for your stay. A great addition to this apartment is the rooftop swimming pool, which was the perfect place to cool down after a hot day and enjoy the view of sunlight over the rooftops of the old buildings.
