La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile, addirittura ci ha fatto prendere possesso della casa un po' prima, visto che l'alloggio era già disponibile e fuori faceva molto caldo. Siamo stati bene, la posizione è ottima per spostarsi a piedi.

The host was very sweet and helpful. She made an extra effort of translating everything for us, and even sent us recommendations on phone for places to see. The room was great and had everything that we needed. Plus the point was an airconditioner. Best room we got till now. Very clean and tidy. Highly recommend this place. It's right in the middle of the city center. Shops to restaurants to supermarkets are at a stones throw away - just outside the apartment.

El departamento es muy pequeño pero está bien ubicado. La cocina muy bien equipada y tiene lavarropas. Pude hacer late check out fácilmente. Me brindaron información y fueron muy amables.
No me gustó: El control del Aire Acondicionado no funcionaba así que había que prenderlo desde el equipo subiéndose a una silla. El baño no tiene extracción ni ventilación.

Sem palavras pra descrever! A estadia foi ótima! A casa é muito bem localizada, logo no centro histórico, então conseguimos fazer tudo andando. Estava muito limpa e tinham várias toalhas a disposição caso precisássemos de mais. A Nara, responsável pelo check-in, e suas filhas nos recepcionaram super bem, dando dicas de lugares pra visitar, restaurantes. Certamente voltaremos a nos hospedar e recomendamos fortemente!

We had a wonderful stay at Nara's home. It was exceptionally clean, comfortable and quiet. Restaurants, shops and attractions were all located nearby the apartment. Nara was so kind, friendly and helpful. She answered our questions very quickly and was very proactive in helping us feel settled in. Would definitely come back to stay if we're in Sevilla again, thank you Nara!

Josinaria's accommodation is perfect for a city trip to Seville. It is located in the middle of the old town with all its small streets, not far from the big sights. Nevertheless, the flat is very quiet and you don't hear any of the city noise. Josinaria is very flexible and helpful and a pleasant hostess. There is a parking garage nearby, so you could also arrive by car. I would always come back, thank you for a lovely time at your flat, even if it was short.

Recommend this place, literally a few minutes from the Setas, all the shops and restaurants just a street away, but at night you couldn't hear any street noise. The location was 10/10. The apartment was very clean and nice and warm at night (AC for the hotter months available).
Special shout out to Nara, the woman who met us and got us settled in, she was incredibly warm and friendly, gave lots of helpful info and checked in to see how we were doing during our stay which was very sweet.
I mentioned it's quiet at night which it is, but if you're a light sleeper like me, bring earplugs as whoever lives above was up until late moving around quite a lot (obviously not the fault of the hosts at all) but worth mentioning. I'd still stay again if back in Seville!

Todo estupendo y perfecto la verdad 100% recomendable. La única pega que no tiene que ver con la anfitriona ni con la casa es un vecino que dice ser el presidente de la comunidad que cada dos por tres venía a dar por saco. Por lo demás uno de las mejores apartamentos de los que he estado de AIRBNB y repetiré seguro.
