We loved our stay at this stylish and spacious apartment in the heart of Sevilla. The location truly couldn’t be better—we were able to walk to everything, and the views from the terrace, especially of the Giralda, were absolutely unforgettable. The outdoor shower was a fun way to cool off in the intense heat, though we later realized the space might not be as private as it seems!
The kitchen had everything we needed, and the interior was elegant and comfortable. The master suite upstairs was a peaceful retreat. A few practical notes: the key system could be greatly improved by labeling them with numbers or colors—it was a bit confusing at first.
Driving in Sevilla is no joke, but the recommended parking garage worked well once we arrived. Overall, a wonderful place to stay—we’d happily return and hope the sma

El piso estaba exactamente igual al de las fotos, súper bien ubicado. No tiene ascensor pero son solo dos pisos. La limpieza excelente. Estuvimos por semana santa y la procesión pasó bajo casa y fue espectacular! La terraza y unos vinos mirando la catedral es un lujo.

This is a great apartment in a very convenient location, but might not be for everyone. It is close to the cathedral, but far enough away to avoid the crowds. The reason it might not be for everyone is because of the need to climb several flights of stairs and the landing at the top of the stairs to the upper bedroom is a little precarious. The apartment is well equipped, spacious and bright, and the photos are quite accurate. But communications could have been better.

Fabulous apartment with a terrific roof terrace & view of the cathedral. If we could give 4.5 stars for this place we would. Couple of points that would make it perfect, the glass replaced on the terrace table to make that more useable, we think this must have been broken at some point. Also some more pillows for the bed.
As everyone else states the bathroom is not that private but we managed OK with this & at times the streets can be noisy but to be expected with such a great location.
The hosts were great, access was easy. The Filo coffee shop across the road was super busy & fabulous for coffees & breakfasts to take away.
If we come back to Seville we would definitely stay here again.

A three night stay with my wife. A very nice apartment in the heart of Sevilla. Pretty spacious with large sitting area, not that we used it. An adequate kitchen for our stay. A good sized bedroom which includes the bathroom and shower. A terrace that was just perfect for morning breakfast. Nice shutters in all the windows which was great at night and in the morning to keep the light out. Pretty quiet for the location.
Plenty of restaurants/drinking places to choose from.
Yes, there are quite a few steps to navigate from street level to the apartment and to the duplex, five in total, quite narrow but manageable for us.
I gave 4* for entry, it was pouring down with rain and for some reason there were 6 keys to choose from and so got pretty wet. If it was a clear night, I am sure it would not have bugged me.
I would definitely say this is for couples that know each other well, given the open plan of the toilet/shower combination with only one door for both.

Beautiful and tastefully remodeled space in the heart of the old city, literally a few steps to the cathedral. First floor of the unit is the living space, with kitchen, and the second floor is the bedroom/bathroom, with access to a nice outdoor seating area which has a view of the cathedral tower. Windows have indoor shutters to close that help block noise at night, which is helpful as it is a very popular area and the cathedral bells do ring all night long.
The location cannot be beat. It was a great place for a solo traveler like myself.

A very centrally located apartment right by the cathedral with outside space and comfortable bed. As others have said the bathroom is very proximate to the bedroom but that didn’t bother us. The stairs are quite steep. It’s wonderful to hear the cathedral bells and sit with a drink on the rooftop patio. We had a delightful five days there.

Fabulous location. Great to have the terrace for the views though not warm enough to sit out. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Nice layout but need to be fit and fully abled to get up narrow staircases with luggage. Would have given 5 stars but communication was a bit erratic.

Beautiful flat, with a lot of charm, decorated with taste, very cute terrace with a fantastic view. One can't dream about a better location, in the middle of everything, just a few steps away from the cathedral and lots of food spots. The only downside is that it can be loud on the weekend, with people loud in the nearby streets, but I'm pretty sensitive to noise and I'm sure most people would be perfectly fine with it. You can't be in the heart of the city and expect the area to be quiet and peaceful, even if, to be honest, the windows are fairly well insulated.
I loved the wooden stairs up to the first floor, but I would advise people who are not in good physical condition to avoid this flat as the stairs are quite steep and the toilet, shower and terrace are upstairs.
The host was always responsive, friendly and very helpful.
I'd recommend recommend booking this flat.

Espace salon et cuisine distinct de l’espace nuit & sanitaire grâce a l’étage… le tout sur une très belle surface permettant de profiter de chaque partie de l’appartement.
Coup de cœur pour la terrasse et sa vue, non seulement sur la Giralda mais aussi sur la rue passante et très charmante.
Peu de bruit depuis la chambre grâce à la hauteur de l’appartement.
Notre séjour fut très agréable, en partie grâce à ce logement. Nous reviendrons !

The apartment is in a fabulous spot close to pretty much everything. The outside space is a real bonus especially as you can see the cathedral spire from it. It’s quirky and quite Spanish in style. If steps are an issue don’t book it as there are 30 steps to the apartment and steps inside. Other than this it’s ideal for a base in Valencia.

Incredible located apartment! Close to and walkable to majority of sights. Lovely restaurants and bars close by and close to shopping! The duplex style of apartment is lush and the living area is gorgeous and big! Loved the shutters and how much light could be let in with them open. Also very dark when closed which was ideal at nighttime. Bathroom/ shower is a little rogue with it being in the bedroom upstairs. Hosts were quick to respond to messages re broken shower door. Would definitely return!!

I booked the space for my brother and his newly fiancee to spend the night in after his proposal. The apartment was perfect and very spacious for the two of them. They especially enjoyed the views off the terrace and how close it was to the Giralda and Cathedral. When they had an issue with check out, the host was very attentive and helpful.

This is a great apartment in a fabulous location. It is quite spacious with the bedroom on the top floor. Very convenient to restaurants and sites.The rooftop deck is a great feature. We had afternoon sherry there almost every afternoon. There are a few issues that are noteworthy. There are a lot of stairs and no elevator. With the bedroom on the top floors it is yet another flight to negotiate. We were on an extended trip and therefore had large suitcases, making it a bit difficult to negotiate the stairs. It is a very old building in the historic district. The renovation that was performed designed the shower and toilet room adjacent sharing the same sliding glass door. In the bedroom. This was difficult and did not function well. We notified Antonio who was very responsive and offered to send someone the next day but we opted to wait until after we left.

Outside terrace with seating and views of the Cathedral couldn't be beat! Perfect location--everything is walkable. Blackout windows in the bedroom are a nice touch. Lots of stairs like all the apartments, but we didn't mind at all. Hosts were extremely attentive and always checking in. Thanks for a great stay!

A very stylish and comfortable stay, location really couldn't be much better, on a small quiet side street but only a few hundred metres from the Cathedral/Alcazar/Barrio Santa Cruz/Plaza del Toro/Plaza de Espana and Casa de los Pilatos etc. Helpful information before arrival, proactive host. Everything new and very clean, lovely terrace. Probably best suited to couples because of the bathroom set up (toilet and shower are in the main bedroom) but a really lovely characterful and stylish recently refurbished apartment - thanks.

Lo mejor es la ubicación y la terracita privada, que tiene una ducha para remojarse. El portal bastante sucio (cucarachas, cartas del banco, tierra…) así como el rellano del apartamento. Hay que subir dos plantas de empinadas escaleras. Reformado con mucho gusto, cocina completa. Todo nuevo a excepción de los split de aire acondicionado, arcaicos y poco potentes para ese apartamento con techos altos y poco aislados. El mando del aire del dormitorio no funcionaba y aunque avisamos, no se arregló. El que duerma en el salón (cerrado), sufrirá el ruido de los coches pasando por la carretera adoquinada. En la pared del dormitorio gran mancha y olor a humedad. Baño con mucho diseño pero WC incómodo (cuadrado) y el grifo del lavabo en cascada, se sale el agua fuera y te lo clavas en la frente. Había 4 rollos de papel higiénico casi terminados. Todo lo demás bien. Ni soy tiquismiquis ni busco la perfección, solo me ajusto a la realidad y creo que puede ser importante para los demás inquilinos

Klimaanlage im Schlafbereich ließ sich, wie schon bei einem Vorgänger nicht steuern,
Klimaanlage im Wohnbereich tropft wegen fehlender Entwässerung auf das Kochfeld,
der Toiletten- und Duschbereich ist wie schon erwähnt wirklich gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Bitte öffnet nie den Backofen, wir haben es leider getan.
Die schriftliche Aufforderung des Vermieters, alle Bereiche mit 5 Sternen zu bewerten und eventuell Negatives nicht zu veröffentlichen, empfanden wir auch sehr grenzwertig.

Great Location, less than 5 minute walk to Giralda and restaurants. Very nice private balcony with beautiful views. A little noisy but as expected for being close to everything. If you are a clean freak like me maybe reconsider, most people won’t mind. We did contact the host and they were very responsive and had someone cleaner come out same day. AC unit upstairs is a little older and not as powerful. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

It’s very close to the Cathedral of Seville and perfect location to explore interesting sites and neighborhoods in the old city. Espace salon et cuisine distinct de l’espace nuit & sanitaire grâce a l’étage… le tout sur une très belle surface permettant de profiter de chaque partie de l’appartement. Coup de cœur pour la terrasse et sa vue, non seulement sur la Giralda mais aussi sur la rue passante et très charmante. Peu de bruit depuis la chambre grâce à la hauteur de l’appartement. Notre séjour fut très agréable, en partie grâce à ce logement. Nous reviendrons !

December 2024The apartment is in a fabulous spot close to pretty much everything. The outside space is a real bonus especially as you can see the cathedral spire from it. It’s quirky and quite Spanish in style. If steps are an issue don’t book it as there are 30 steps to the apartment and steps inside. Other than this it’s ideal for a base in Valencia.

November 2024In a great neighborhood of Sevilla. Good studio space with useful kitchen and nice balcony. Bathrooms (toilet and shower share the same door) in our bedroom was a little bit of an odd set up but understood for the space.

October 2024Incredible located apartment! Close to and walkable to majority of sights. Lovely restaurants and bars close by and close to shopping! The duplex style of apartment is lush and the living area is gorgeous and big! Loved the shutters and how much light could be let in with them open. Also very dark when closed which was ideal at nighttime. Bathroom/ shower is a little rogue with it being in the bedroom upstairs. Hosts were quick to respond to messages re broken shower door. Would definitely return!!

October 2024I booked the space for my brother and his newly fiancee to spend the night in after his proposal. The apartment was perfect and very spacious for the two of them. They especially enjoyed the views off the terrace and how close it was to the Giralda and Cathedral. When they had an issue with check out, the host was very attentive and helpful.

June 2024This is a great apartment in a fabulous location. It is quite spacious with the bedroom on the top floor. Very convenient to restaurants and sites.The rooftop deck is a great feature. We had afternoon sherry there almost every afternoon. There are a few issues that are noteworthy. There are a lot of stairs and no elevator. With the bedroom on the top floors it is yet another flight to negotiate. We were on an extended trip and therefore had large suitcases, making it a bit difficult to negotiate the stairs. It is a very old building in the historic district. The renovation that was performed designed the shower and toilet room adjacent sharing the same sliding glass door. In the bedroom. This was difficult and did not function well. We notified Antonio who was very responsive and offered to send someone the next day but we opted to wait until after we left.

O sofá cama é Confortável e funciona bem. O apartamento é grande e bem decorado, mas o único banheiro fica dentro do quarto. Nós aproveitamos nosso tempo em Sevilha.

June 2024Outside terrace with seating and views of the Cathedral couldn't be beat! Perfect location--everything is walkable. Blackout windows in the bedroom are a nice touch. Lots of stairs like all the apartments, but we didn't mind at all. Hosts were extremely attentive and always checking in. Thanks for a great stay!

June 2024A very stylish and comfortable stay, location really couldn't be much better, on a small quiet side street but only a few hundred metres from the Cathedral/Alcazar/Barrio Santa Cruz/Plaza del Toro/Plaza de Espana and Casa de los Pilatos etc. Helpful information before arrival, proactive host. Everything new and very clean, lovely terrace. Probably best suited to couples because of the bathroom set up (toilet and shower are in the main bedroom) but a really lovely characterful and stylish recently refurbished apartment - thanks.

July 2024Lo mejor es la ubicación y la terracita privada, que tiene una ducha para remojarse. El portal bastante sucio (cucarachas, cartas del banco, tierra…) así como el rellano del apartamento. Hay que subir dos plantas de empinadas escaleras. Reformado con mucho gusto, cocina completa. Todo nuevo a excepción de los split de aire acondicionado, arcaicos y poco potentes para ese apartamento con techos altos y poco aislados. El mando del aire del dormitorio no funcionaba y aunque avisamos, no se arregló. El que duerma en el salón (cerrado), sufrirá el ruido de los coches pasando por la carretera adoquinada. En la pared del dormitorio gran mancha y olor a humedad. Baño con mucho diseño pero WC incómodo (cuadrado) y el grifo del lavabo en cascada, se sale el agua fuera y te lo clavas en la frente. Había 4 rollos de papel higiénico casi terminados. Todo lo demás bien. Ni soy tiquismiquis ni busco la perfección, solo me ajusto a la realidad y creo que puede ser importante para los demás inquilinos

September 2024Tolle Lage, tolle Wohnung mit Dachterrasse und Aussendusche, aber: Klimaanlage im Schlafbereich ließ sich, wie schon bei einem Vorgänger nicht steuern, Klimaanlage im Wohnbereich tropft wegen fehlender Entwässerung auf das Kochfeld, der Toiletten- und Duschbereich ist wie schon erwähnt wirklich gewöhnungsbedürftig. Bitte öffnet nie den Backofen, wir haben es leider getan. Die schriftliche Aufforderung des Vermieters, alle Bereiche mit 5 Sternen zu bewerten und eventuell Negatives nicht zu veröffentlichen, empfanden wir auch sehr grenzwertig.

September 2024Great Location, less than 5 minute walk to Giralda and restaurants. Very nice private balcony with beautiful views. A little noisy but as expected for being close to everything. If you are a clean freak like me maybe reconsider, most people won’t mind. We did contact the host and they were very responsive and had someone cleaner come out same day. AC unit upstairs is a little older and not as powerful. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

September 2024It’s very close to the Cathedral of Seville and perfect location to explore interesting sites and neighborhoods in the old city. The place itself is spacious with the view of the Giralda Tower from the terrace. Lot of cafes, restaurants, bars, gelatino etc. places to choose from. Overall really good experience
