Was in a great spot very close walk to all the sights, and a spacious and clean space. The AC and outdoor shower were great in the hot weather we had while we were there.
However we couldn't access the washing machine as it was behind a padlock, and when I asked the host all I got were automated replies. Also only had three mugs for a four person house, no coffee, oil or salt pepper, or soap in the showers as promised.
It was a nice place to stay but dealing with a robot host feels a little lame.

윗층 침대와 방안에 있는 침대는 퀸 사이즈 정도라서 여럿이 묵기 좋아요.
시내에서 걸어서 15분 정도의 거리인데, 세비야 너~무 더워서 시내에서 거리가 좀 멀다고 느껴졌어요. 그 덕에 조용하긴 합니다.
숙소 너무 깨끗하고 토스트기 등 있을 것 다 있고, 소파도 편해요.
근데 첫째, 호스트가 체크인 시간 지나서 갑자기 뭐 수리공 온다고 냅다 통보. 짐 있고 사람은 없는 방에 수리공이 비번 치고 들어와서 수리했어요ㅋㅋ.. 그리고 둘째, 버티컬 치는 방법 물어보려고 저녁 8시 정각에 연락했는데 호스트 퇴근시간 이후로 연락두절이고 다음날 아침에라도 답변줄만한데 걍 기계같이 '어젯밤 잘 쉬었냐'라고만 왔어요ㅋㅋ누가봐도 자동응답. 밤 사이 별 문제 없었어서 다행이지만^^...
숙소가 깨끗하고 조용하지만, 무슨 일 생길 지 모르는데 연락 잘 안되고 게스트의 공간을 안일하게 생각하는 게 아쉬워요. 그치만 진짜 새집 ㅎㅎ

Good spot to chill on the little terrace when the kids are in bed. walking distance from a supermarket, the boardwalk and restaurants. the kitchen could use a little more tools, like a cloth, pan and pots but overall very happy of our 3 days stay with our 2 kids (8 & 4 yo). Thank you!

Logement très bien situé, à 2 pas du centre historique.
Logement facile d’accès, fonctionnel et propre.
Cependant l’isolation phonique pourrait être améliorée, on entend quelques bruits extérieurs mais rien de très désagréable.

Estuvo todo perfecto. El departamento y la ubicación son excelentes. Mi comentario es que aparentemente nadie responde los mensajes sino que las respuestas son generadas automáticamente. En otros casos hemos interactuado con personas que pueden responder a dudas específicas. Así y todo la estadía estuvo perfecta.

Posizione ottima! In 3 giorni a Siviglia non abbiamo mai preso i mezzi. Autobus dall’aeroporto ha la fermata proprio sotto il palazzo. Check in facile con l’accesso virtuale.

Miguel’s apartment was a great base for exploring Seville. The beds were comfy and the shower pressure was great. Everything was as described but there were a few bits we’d recommend for future guests for example, spatula, a bigger frying pan and bigger mugs (personal preference)
Overall, we had a great stay in Seville and would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to explore Seville.

I stayed here with my partner and my parents and it was a very cute place. Close to the main points. I would recommend this place if you are staying in Seville.
The place had an elevator so it made it easy not to have to carry our luggage to the apartment.

Posizione eccezionale, il bus dall’aeroporto ferma proprio davanti e in 10/15 minuti a piedi si arriva in piazza della Cattedrale .
Check in da remoto con chiave online sullo smartphone funzionale e disponibilità poi di chiavi fisiche nell’appartamento.
L’appartamento era come da descrizione, l’accesso al soppalco non proprio facile per tutti, perché le scalette sono piccole e strette e possono essere un po’ pericolose, noi non abbiamo avuto problemi.
C’è un patio con tavolo per eventuali cene.

Appartement très bien placé, à 10/15 minutes à pieds de l'Alcazar, commerces et restaurants dans le quartier. Arrivée autonome très pratique. La terrasse est un vrai plus. La chambre en mezzanine est bien pensée. Un peu plus d'équipement de cuisine serait bien (1 semaine sur place).
