Très bonne gestion de la location avec une communication au top. L'appartement est parfaitement situé dans un endroit très calme mais proche du centre et des commerces de quartier. Le logement a tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. Mon seul regret est de ne pas avoir pu rester plus longtemps :)

Excellent apartment It is a 25 minute walk to many major sights and nearly as much walking to use public transport to get there. Taxis are slower than walking from this location. There are good restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

A spacious and inviting flat with cozy furnishings that immediately make you feel at home. Ideally located in a central area, it offers easy access to numerous excellent tapas bars and restaurants, including the highly recommended “Palo Santo.” The city's main attractions are just a 20-minute walk away. With two bathrooms and air conditioning, the flat provides an exceptionally comfortable stay. A true gem!

The location was good, you can walk most of the historical and touristic places. Just a note, unfortunately, Antonio never responded to my messages. He only sent automatic messages and never answer my questions. Keep it in mind in case you need something urgent.

The place is AMAZING!!! More beautiful than in the pics. Too bad I was out most of the time. Impeccably decorated and clean! Also very large! Just two problems. The iron was rusty and I didn’t check before I started ironing my shirt. Kind of my fault. I was in a rush and not much of an “ironer” and because everything else was so new, clean and beautiful, I didn’t check. Oh well. Also couldn’t find the links to open the doors. My train was 4 hours late and I arrived at almost 2AM. Antonio l, of course, was sleeping. I was in the street for almost 20 minutes until I found the email. (Search “user” and it appears) again, MY FAULT. It’s not in the heart of historic Seville, but about 12 euros to all parts. Again, the place is INCREDIBLE!

In short, this apartment is amazing! We had a wonderful stay. Location is 20 mins walk to city center, quite a lot of good restaurant and tapas bar nearby. The house is cozy, we'd love to spend time just in the house but unfortunately also want to explore the city more. The great part of this apartment is you could feel someone lives there, nice artist sense, considerate little things, fully equipped. Would 100% recommend for couple or a few good friends - stay.

Der check in war super/voll flexibel und wurde auch sehr gut geklärt, sodass es nur klappen konnte. Das Appartement war super schön eingerichtet und man hat sich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es gab alles was mam braucht. Die Lage war auch super: ruhig man braucht zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten 5 min. Es gab sogar einen Aufzug was einzigartig ist für Spanien. Es war sehr sauber und es gibt 2 Badezimmer. Apartment würde ich definitiv nochmal buchen und werden wir auch machen!

The apartment is really amazing. It's modern, clean, quiet and stylish. It's at a local district and there are many tapas bars nearby. The apartment is well equipped,you can find anything needed. And I found the smart remote key really helpful if you are travel with your friend, because in that way both of you can get access to the building gate and apartment door. I do recommend this apartment and will book it if I visit Sevilla again in the future.

Hemos quedado muy contentos. El apartamento correponde 100x100 a las fotos, limpio , comodo y confortable. A unos 20 min del centro, nos desplazamos a todas las visitas andando. Por los alrededores se puede disfrutar de la gastronomia hay muchos restaurantes y bares cerca, no obstante es una zona tranquila y muy bonita. Nos hemos sentido con la sensación de estar como en casa sin dudas repetiremos y recomendaremos a nuestros conocidos. Gracias al anfitrión por haber sido tan servicial y amable.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, ist liebevoll und mit allem notwendigen eingerichtet.
Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
